There should be an entertainment section in the newspaper where you basically talk about and write reviews about FR movies and music videos from Youtube. 

A FR fanart section where you post all the FR related fanart sent in.

And a comic/fan-fiction section where people can draw and write comics and create fan-fictions/stories. 

I actually want to be apart of the paper, but I'm more of an artsy kind of guy. I'd be more than happy to have one of these jobs, though.

I think that is a good idea. Though I have nothing to do with the newspaper itself, just making the website.
